I love to deliver outcomes and solve business problems enabling businesses to drive value to their customers. I do this through a combination of People engagement, Process efficiency and Technology delivery. I create scale and optimise business performance where it matters. To accomplish this, I focus on delivering key outcomes, building brilliant teams and adapting to the requirements of the client.

I have also built a startup Client Experience business from Scratch (acrinax) 
- Delivered £0 to £5m+ in annual revenue over a 4.5-year period 
- Operating Profit >30%. 
- Successful exit to a PE Business, for which I led the Diligence process and Negotiation. 

Alongside this I have also enjoyed many executive ‘C’ Level. positions throughout my career in IT Management (CIO/CISO), Client Services (CSO), and Operational Strategy & Delivery (COO). I have worked for some global organisations such as ISTEL, AT&T, BMW Group, Softlab, NTT Data, Acrinax (owner) and Business Systems.
